This is a school rebuilding project after the damage to Adan School which was Sar-e Pol-e Zahab’s largest school.
A 9-class school dedicated to the visually impaired children and is expected to be the largest such
school in the Middle East. It includes a library and Science Labs. Doostan contribution is circa £130,000.
This is a 9 class “kar-o-danesh” school, including a library and Science Labs. Doostan contribution is circa £80,000
Funded by donations from SOAS- IMEI and Doostan Manchester, this pre-fabricated unit is ideal for smaller
villages and in this case where it was to support the areas hit by the recent earth quake.
A joint Doostan-Benefactor Project.
Doostan’s contribution to this school was C. £27000.
